CRUBBERS:

We manufacture, install various types of scrubbers. These are used for scrubbing hazardous gases like HCL, CL₂, SO₂, NH₃, various noxious acid/alkali fumes etc. These are manufactured in suitable corrosion resistant materials such as PP, PP+FRP and FRP etc.

Activities :

We undertake design, manufacture and supply of FRP, PVC+FRP, PP+FRP, PVDF+FRP Pipes, fittings, Storage Tanks, Reaction vessels, Gas Scrubber, Foulgas absorption Systems, Exhaust Systems, Silos Channels, Pressure Vessels, Vacuum receivers, Filter Nutsches, Drying trays, FRP Roofilte Sheets, FRP floor gratings etc. We also undertake fabrication and erection of piping systems and over diamensional equipments and lining jobs at customers sites.

Materials of Construction : We have the facilities for the manufacture of Fibreglass Reinforced Plastics (FRP) equipments and pipes using Isophthatic polyester, Bisphenol Polyester, Vinyl Ester and Epoxy, resins and other Engineering Plastics used as liner such as PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride), PP (Polypropylene), CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl chloride), PVDF (Poly Vinylidens Flouride) etc.

Design :
Most of our products are Tailor/Custom made conforming to the international Standards like BS ‑ 4994 ‑ 1987 ASTM ‑ D ‑ 3299 ASME ‑Section ‑ X NBS voluntary Products Standard PS 15‑69

Quality Control :

The most important part of our success is constant quality evaluation, and frequent inspection of raw materials to end products. We have the following testing facilities at our laboratory to ascertain physical, mechanical and chemical properties.

On site Services :

Handling of equipment and erection of piping Is as Important as design and manufacture. We do this services to out clients at their premises. Higher capacity and over dimensional tanks and equipments shall be molded and fabricated at locations thus eliminating the transportation dificulties and risk of damages.
